It’s complete with a crackling hardwood fire stoked to 800 degrees Fahrenheit. Unique pizza toppings include figs, blue cheese, fried sage, bacon and San Marzano tomato sauce. Chef and owner Mark, makes the mozzarella himself. The menu is changed based on seasonality and availability.
